Welcome to MiniMist BD (minimistbd.com). By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, or placing an order for perfume decants in Bangladesh, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Independent Fragrance Decanting & Rebottling Disclosure
MiniMist BD is an independent fragrance retailer and specialized decanting studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. All perfume decants sold on minimistbd.com are 100% authentic, original fragrances that are hand-extracted (rebottled) directly from genuine retail bottles into sterile, travel-sized 3ml, 5ml, 9ml, and 15ml glass spray atomizers.
2. Official Decant Sizes, Spray Counts & Concentrations
Every order is measured by volume using sterile medical-grade syringes and labelled clearly with the brand house, fragrance name, concentration, and milliliter size. For complete transparency, our standardized decant spray yields and concentration benchmarks are:

3. Pricing in BDT (৳), Availability & Order Confirmation
- Currency & Pricing: All prices on minimistbd.com are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). While we strive for 100% pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors or update prices as international retail bottle costs fluctuate.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment Rules: As detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, orders up to ৳3,000 BDT qualify for Full Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh (though we may request some advance payment in special circumstances). Bulk or high-value orders above ৳3,000 BDT require a 10% advance payment via bKash or Nagad to confirm dispatch.
4. Hygiene Finality, Damaged Parcels & Unboxing Video Rule
Due to personal hygiene standards and the bespoke nature of hand-filled fragrance atomizers, delivered orders cannot be returned or refunded due to personal scent preference. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with an incorrect item, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund under our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy by submitting a continuous, uncut parcel unboxing video within 5 business days of delivery.
5. Fragrance Performance & Skin Chemistry Disclaimer
While MiniMist BD guarantees that the liquid inside every decant is 100% genuine and unaltered from the manufacturer's bottle, real-world fragrance projection and longevity can vary based on individual skin chemistry, hydration, ambient temperature, outdoor humidity in Bangladesh, and fabric application.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
