1. Delivery Timelines & Charges

Outside Dhaka 3 to 7 Business Days ৳110 BDT

2. Advance Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

To successfully confirm a COD delivery, the applicable delivery fee must be paid fully in advance:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳80 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳110 BDT
Disclaimer: The company reserves the right to withhold processing and dispatch of any order for which the advance shipping fee has not been received.

Advance Payment Policy

Orders with a total invoice value of ৳5,000 (BDT) or above are classified as high-value or bulk orders and require an advance payment equivalent to 10% of the total order value to confirm execution.

Disclaimer: The order will be automatically cancelled if the required advance payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

General Payment Disclaimers

  • Advance payments shall be considered non-refundable and non-transferable in the event the customer cancels or returns the order following dispatch.

3. Delivery Coverage & Logistics Partners

Official Delivery Partners: We partner with leading logistics services including Pathao Courier, Steadfast Courier, RedX Delivery, and Paperfly.

Nationwide Coverage Limitations: We deliver nationwide. While direct home delivery is standard in major city corporations and district towns, orders bound for remote areas, unions, or villages may require collection from the nearest courier hub.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order at any time completely free of charge before it has been dispatched from our facility.
  • After Shipment: Once a package has already been shipped or dispatched to the courier, the order cannot be canceled or recalled.
