1. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Charges
We dispatch confirmed orders from our Dhaka studio within 24 working hours. Standard delivery timelines and flat shipping charges across Bangladesh are outlined below:

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules (Up to ৳3,000 BDT)
For orders up to ৳3,000 BDT, we provide Full Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh, where you pay the order total and standard delivery fee (৳80 BDT Inside Dhaka or ৳110 BDT Outside Dhaka) in cash upon receiving your parcel, though we may ask for some advance payment in special circumstances.
Orders Above ৳3,000 BDT
Orders with a total invoice value above ৳3,000 BDT are classified as bulk or high-value orders and require a 10% advance payment of the total order value via bKash or Nagad to confirm decanting and dispatch.

- Nationwide Coverage Across 64 Districts: Direct doorstep home delivery is standard across Dhaka Metro, all divisional cities (Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh), and district towns. For certain remote unions or rural areas outside standard rider zones, collection from the nearest local courier hub may be required.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
